SHIPPING

Please allow up to three business days for shipping unless otherwise specified.  Custom orders may take longer to ship depending on complexity of the gear or sourcing of materials.

CUSTOM GEAR

We are typically open to custom orders, contact us with details on the equipment you are looking for. Depending on the level of complexity it could take weeks or even months to prototype new gear.  With the time invested in making complex new equipment, it may only be viable to produce for high volume orders.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If you receive a product with manufacturing or material defects please contact us  at BuranTactical@gmail.com with Return/Exchange (Reason) in the header and we will do our best to make it right.

This only applies to the original buyer, we reserve the right to verify proof or purchase when accepting claims.

​

For any other reasons we are happy to accept returns of unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 21 days of final delivery. All return shipping charges will be paid by the customer as well as 10% restocking fee to cover the cost of the inspection and restocking.
